In September 2018, SMS Lodging expanded its growing portfolio with the acquisition of a 2.5-acre Eco-Lodge (formerly Higgins Landing,) located on the beautiful Stocking Island.
The beach facilities were transformed into the Peace & Plenty Beach Club and the hotel areas were renovated and opened in April 2019. The Beach Club and 5 Eco-Friendly cottages served as a premium room product of the Peace & Plenty Resort in George Town, Exuma.
